Like all of us Anya Miller was frustrated with her injuries. A bunch of surgeries put her on the couch for a while. Not wanting to do that again she began her search for answers. Why does she get injured? Is it how she thinks or how she moves? She arrives at an answer through a very interesting method.

After the avalanche, everything changed for Jonaven. Things move a little slower, things mean a little more, things are more Jonaven’s way. He’s taking things back to how he wants to do them. I think we all need to do this a little more with everything we do. Out with the old greedy, fast-paced sponsors and in with the new cool ones that are looking for value.
