In reply to Lois Steketee. If you contact Generark they'd be able to help with replacement parts. Do you drive a car around? A DC charger for the car might help you top up as you drive around.

In reply to Eugene. They're not quite the quality of a name brand. I really enjoyed it. Great bike on the trail. The parts seemed to be a mix of brands and a good shop can source replacements for most of them.

I was given the Generark Home Battery One as a gift to help me care for the homeless. Charging phones, and vaping are two huge uses. Unfortunately I have misplaced the charging station and am in need of one. Most businesses in our area do not allow the homeless to “plug in”.. Please advise as to how I can replace the charging station.

When my GoPro 8 Black battery level drops I use a Hohem iSteady Pro4 Gimbal which functions as a power bank, I just remove the door.
